IMPORTANT NOTE: Items purchased on SALE are NOT eligible for exchange or refunds.

Validity: All products purchased from www.naqshqaari.com can be exchanged or refunded only if they are received in a damaged condition, the wrong size, or an incorrect item, within 12 working days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Exchange: Articles are qualified for refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, or your device settings, therefore products are not eligible for refund for this particular reason. Any excess fabric, stitching styling and accessories or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the product description. Such exchange/refund claims will not be regarded as valid.

Process for Online Exchange: Simply notify us of your intention to exchange within 6 working days of the delivery date. Please provide tracking details along with your order number to our customer service team at 0314-2989803 or via email Naqshqaaridesignstudio@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT: For custom-made items, no exchange or refund policy will be applicable.

If during delivery, customs' duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
